My name is Renard Alotta and one of my greatest strengths is my ability to recognize specific needs of individuals, teams, and organizations – all at the same time. I have a knack for finding the critical leverage points and creating powerful, practical changes that produce the necessary results. I hold a Master of Social Work Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Indiana University.
My home base is in Bend, Oregon where I enjoy many opportunities for fresh air, hiking trails, and mountain views. I am gratefully married with a daughter in college and three small dogs of questionable character.
I routinely collaborate with other expert leaders depending on client needs. Sometimes this takes the form of delivering integrated services side by side. Other times it involves referring clients to professional colleagues with more sub-expertise in a particular area.
"You are able to distill a lot of noise and "stuff" to its essence. I recall sharing lots of information with you to try and explain what the situation was , or, watching you in a meeting with lots of input coming and you have a demonstrated ability to listen to it ,and then feedback the essence of the issue. (Clarity). You did this effectively with the work we started trying to do on culture for example. Your use of inquiry is very effective and non-threatening. I had the opportunity to observe you in both 1:1 settings and in groups. While I think you are a highly competent facilitator in each setting I think you excel in 1:1."
